Everyone’s favourite chocolatier and tea room Bernachon is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
That’s a lot of chocolate to have been sold and devoured by customers in Lyon and Paris.
According to the website, it all began in 1953, when Maurice Bernachon wanted to transform raw cocoa beans into chocolate.
He did a pretty good job and I highly recommend a trip to Lyon’s most famous chocolate shop.
